Virtual Workplace Burnout & Stress Therapy in Florida

With 14 years of experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), I understand how burnout, work-life imbalance, and professional stress can affect your well-being.
EAP Experience
Early in my career, I served as a master’s-level EAP Counselor supporting employees from more than 150 companies throughout New England with Resource Management Consultants (later Anthem/WellPoint). I provided crisis intervention, assessments, short-term solution-focused counseling, and work-life resources, including legal, financial, child care, and elder care referrals. I also facilitated wellness workshops and represented the EAP at workplace benefits fairs.
Military OneSource Experience
My experience with Military OneSource, a specialized EAP, further expanded my understanding of the challenges that can arise when balancing demanding careers, personal responsibilities, and well-being.
Executive Coaching
I hold a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, which provides a broader perspective on workplace stress, leadership, communication, boundaries, performance, and the organizational factors that can contribute to burnout.
How Therapy Can Help
My clinical, EAP, and executive coaching experience allows me to help you identify what is contributing to your stress, develop healthier boundaries, navigate workplace challenges, and create practical strategies for greater balance.
