Virtual Domestic Violence Therapy in Florida

If you’re looking for a domestic violence therapist in Florida, you deserve a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’ve experienced without judgment. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults who have experienced domestic violence or domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, emotional abuse, or other forms of relationship abuse, such as financial abuse.
Through my work at the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County, Maryland, and Home Safe, Inc., a domestic violence center in South Florida, I have specialized experience supporting women and children impacted by domestic violence. I understand the complex emotional and practical challenges of abusive relationships and the process of creating a safer, more stable life.
In therapy, I can help you recognize patterns such as the cycle of abuse, explore how abusive experiences may have affected you, and develop strategies for moving forward. Depending on your needs, we can also work on safety planning, connecting with supportive resources, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding your confidence and sense of independence.
Whether you are currently experiencing domestic violence, considering leaving an abusive relationship, or working through the effects of past abuse, you don’t have to navigate the process alone. My goal is to walk alongside you from immediate safety and support through long-term healing, stability, and rebuilding.
