With eight years of specialized clinical experience in eating disorder treatment, I provide
compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered
eating, and body image concerns that can be appropriately supported in an outpatient telehealth
setting.
Therapy for Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating & Body Image Concerns
Areas of support include:
Eating Disorder Treatment Experience
I was recruited to serve as Director of a 16-bed residential eating
disorder facility in Seattle, Washington. For nearly three years, I led a multidisciplinary team of
more than 50 professionals, provided clinical consultation, and collaborated with medical
leadership on eating disorder care.
I later returned to direct clinical work as an Intake Therapist, conducting diagnostic and safety
assessments, collaborative crisis intervention planning, individual and group therapy,
therapeutic meal support, and case management. My approach incorporates evidence-based
treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
(DBT), along with relaxation techniques and art-based interventions.
