Virtual Career Counseling & Development in Florida
Career Counseling Experience and Education
In addition to clinical therapy, I bring experience in career counseling and development, helping
clients navigate professional transitions, career changes, job searches, and career alignment. At
Loyola University Maryland’s Career Development Center, I provided career guidance to
undergraduate and graduate students, including career assessments, career exploration,
resume reviews, and job search coaching. My graduate training at Loyola included
coursework in career counseling and development. I also hold a Certificate in Executive
Coaching from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, which complements my clinical and career development experience.
Military Spouse Career & Education Support
As a Military Spouse Career and Education Specialist with Military OneSource, I helped military
spouses build portable careers, navigate GI Bill transfers, utilize military spouse employment
preferences, and access benefits such as the SpouseWorks (MyCAA) Scholarship.
Career Support Through Therapy
My career development experience also includes integrating career coaching into case
management, where I help clients develop LinkedIn profiles, navigate job
searches, and strengthen their resumes. Whether you are changing careers, returning to the
workforce, or looking for work that better aligns with your values and well-being, therapy can provide support as you build a practical path forward.
Crisis Support
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or need
immediate medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For mental
health emergencies, you can also call or text the 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
