Virtual Military Life Therapy in Florida

As an independent civilian therapist, I provide private, confidential outpatient telehealth therapy for service members, military spouses, and veterans in Florida. I support clients navigating military-related stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, PCS moves, deployments, reintegration, military separation, retirement, and other life transitions. As a civilian therapist, I offer a private, supportive space to work through these concerns without having to navigate the military health system for therapy.
Therapy for Service Members, Military Spouses & Veterans
Military life can bring unique challenges that affect mental health, relationships, family life, career decisions, and identity. Areas of support include:
Military Community Experience

I have 11 years of specialized experience supporting service members and military families through Military OneSource under a Department of Defense contract during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. My experience includes clinical assessment, crisis intervention, referral and resource navigation, clinical supervision, training, and operational leadership.

As a master’s-level triage consultant, I provided 24/7/365 global support and mental health assessments before advancing into leadership roles, ultimately launching Military OneSource’s first West Coast call center and overseeing clinical operations for a team of 30 therapists. This experience gave me a deep understanding of military culture, resilience, and the unique challenges faced by service members and military families.

I am also a STAR Behavioral Health Provider and have completed specialized training in military culture and behavioral health through the STAR Behavioral Health Providers program. This training complements my professional experience and supports my ability to provide military-informed care to service members, veterans, and military families.
Online Therapy for Military Clients in Florida

I provide secure, confidential online therapy throughout Florida, offering a convenient option for service members, military spouses, and veterans whose lives may involve frequent moves, changing schedules, deployments, or other demands of military life, including active duty, Guard and Reserve service, and the transition from military to civilian life. I am dedicated to supporting service members, military spouses, and veterans with a wide range of needs—whether you are working through service-related experiences, navigating life after service, or addressing personal mental health goals.

Whether you’re navigating a PCS, adjusting after deployment, experiencing relationship stress, transitioning out of military service, or feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a supportive space to process your experiences and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
